Regular Commission on International Cooperation of Business Associations was established in the form of an interregional public organization on June 6, 2022.
The founders of the organization are the Moscow and St. Petersburg regional branches.
By decision of the founders, the organization operates without forming a legal entity
(on the basis of the Federal Law No. 82 of June 19, 1995 “On Public Associations”) until another consolidated decision is made.
According to the Charter, the members of the organization are exclusively citizens of the Russian Federation who have recommendations from their employers.

The supreme governing body of the organization is the General Meeting of its members.
At the General Meeting of the members of the organization, held on 04/28/2022, Minutes No. 01, the following decisions were made:
- The Regulations on the supreme governing body – the General Meeting of the organization's Members - have been approved.
- The Regulation on the permanent collegial executive body – the Presidium of the Coordinating Council of the organization has been approved.
- The Regulation on the sole executive body – the executive secretary of the organization has been approved.
- The Regulation on the auditor of the organization has been approved.
- The Regulation on the auditor of the organization has been approved.
- The official website of the organization has been approved.
